Returns Eligibility
We only accept returns for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival. We do not accept returns for any other reasons, including change of mind, incorrect size selection, or normal wear and tear.
Return Request Window
Customers must request a return within 15 days of receiving their order.
How to Request a Return

- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the defect or damage
Failure to provide photos may result in your return request being denied.
Return Approval
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to proceed. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds / Replacements
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If approved, we will:
- Replace the defective item at no charge, or
- Issue a refund to your original payment method if a replacement is not available
Shipping Costs
If the return is due to a defect or damage, we will cover or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.
